Bag Policy
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). No other bags of any type will be allowed.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on the day of the event for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
Cashless Payments
All points of sale, including the Box Office, are cashless and will only accept Visa / MasterCard / Discover / American Express and Contactless Payments.
For guests who wish to use cash, a Cash-to-Card conversion option is available inside the main lobby at Guest Services. You can exchange your cash dollar for dollar without any service fees for a debit card that can be used anywhere in the venue.
